Elizabeth is a mother of two children and an entrepreneur at heart. She holds a bachelor degree in Business Management. Becoming a co-owner of  Kids Grow Preschool was the perfect fusion for scale of business, innovation and a quest to ensure our children get the best education and care. Elizabeth  considers herself an eternal student and a citizen of the world. With a passion for always learning and growing it became her mission to learn different  aspects of Early childhood education to disrupt the norm and bring the best for our students and their families. Elizabeth credits her son for inspiring strength and creativity to ensure we, as a school, meet the needs of children and to provide extra resources when needed at school. 

The goal is to provide our children and families the best education and care. To consider us an extension of your family and to build partnerships along the way to build a strong community.

Ms. Patricia has over 20 years of experience in the Special Education and Early Childhood Education field. She understands firsthand, the significance of assisting parents in the development of a solid foundation of values and the role those values play in the future sucess of their children.

Ms. Zambrana's career began as a preschool teacher progressing into various key positions including coordinating Middle and High school children's behavioral development. She also managed preschool religious studies before becoming the "School of Parents" Director at Instituto Andes- the most prestigious children's education institution in Caracas, Venezuela. Ms. Patricia holds a Degree in Special Education Science with emphasis in Special Learning Disorders from Jean Piaget University where she also served as an Educational Psychology professor for three years.

Ms. Leslie has over 20 years of experience working in the early childhood education field. Ms. Leslie has been a director for over 5 years and was an educator for 15 years prior. She has enjoyed teaching VPK, Preschool music classes, Elementary and Middle school and many summer camps! Ms. Leslie holds her Director Credential, Staff Credential and a member of the NAEYC. She holds her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Leadership. Ms. Leslie has lived in Central Florida for most of her life. As a mother of three children, Leslie understands the importance of early childhood education in shaping a child's future. Her personal experiences as a parent have further fueled her commitment to making a positive impact on young lives. Leslie firmly believes that a strong foundation in early childhood education lays the groundwork for a lifetime of learning and success. Working at Kids Grow Preschool allows her to combine her expertise in early childhood education with her genuine love for children.

Sandra has been Kids Grow Preschool Assistant Director since 2017, when she moved back to the U.S. with her husband and their three children. She is a Speech Therapist who graduated in Caracas, Venezuela and has been working in the Early Childhood field for more than 25 years. She brought to our school her wealth of experience and international perspective to our team, her bilingual skills help the communication with parents and children, either in English or Spanish.  With a deep-rooted commitment to our school, Sandra provides quality service to our families and especially our children. She genuinely enjoys their presence within the school, creating an environment where everyone feels welcomed and appreciated.
